Privacy & data handling.
A clear explanation of what this public website does—and does not—collect, and how business enquiries may be processed.
This is a static information website. It has no client accounts, contact forms, document uploads, payment processing or client-data database. The statement applies to the website—not to all email correspondence or separate consultancy engagements.
1. Overview
ExpertEdge Solutions Ltd has designed this public website to avoid collecting client project information. We do not ask website visitors to enter IBM Maximo records, maintenance data, system credentials, confidential documents or client personal records.
Separate business activities, such as responding to email enquiries or working under a consultancy agreement, may involve handling information and are explained where relevant below.
2. Who we are
EXPERTEDGE SOLUTIONS LTD is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16713434), with registered office at C/O A4c - Wis Accountancy, Raven House, 29 Linkfield Lane, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1SS, United Kingdom.

3. What this website collects
These website files do not contain an account registration facility, web contact form, client portal, file-upload feature, advertising pixel or optional analytics script. The site does not maintain a database of visitors or project records.
Technical request data may still be processed by our hosting and security provider as part of serving and securing the website. See section 7 below.
4. Email enquiries
If you email the business, the information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, employer, enquiry and attachments. This correspondence is delivered to a Google Gmail mailbox and can remain there until it is reviewed and deleted. Email is not a zero-retention channel.
Please do not send sensitive personal data, passwords, access keys or confidential client files in an initial enquiry.
5. Why enquiry information is used
Information you choose to email may be used to answer your enquiry, consider prospective work and maintain relevant business correspondence. Depending on the circumstances, lawful bases may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, legitimate business interests or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
We have not embedded website advertising trackers or marketing profiles in these site files.
6. Data retention and deletion
Client project information on this website: The website does not collect or retain such records because it contains no project-data collection or storage functions.
Emails: Business emails may remain in the mailbox until reviewed and deleted. Messages may be retained where reasonably necessary for correspondence, an existing business relationship, dispute management or applicable legal duties. No automatic zero-retention or fixed deletion period is promised here.
Consultancy engagements: Any access to, storage of, or deletion of client information must follow the applicable contract, documented instructions and technical environment. Website functionality alone does not define retention within client systems.
7. Cloud hosting, email and cookies
The website is intended for Cloudflare Pages hosting. Cloudflare may handle technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata and security events to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Business email is managed through Google Gmail, subject to Google's services and privacy terms. See Google's privacy policy.
These site files do not set marketing cookies or embed third-party analytics. Hosting or security services may apply essential technical processes or cookies. If new tools or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and consent requirements should be reviewed.
Cloudflare and Google may process information outside the UK. Any relevant international-transfer safeguards and service terms should be assessed as part of the company's ongoing data-protection obligations.
8. Your rights
Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, and complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office. Contact us at [email protected] or visit ico.org.uk.
